On the Experimental Flotation in a Scheelite Mine

The result of gravity separation for quartz-calcite type scheelite is not ideal. After the researching and analysis of the process, some experiments have been performed by flotation dressing. A series of process parameters have been tested to get an ideal process parameter.The earlier dressing schedule drawing is changed according to the fixed process of flotation dressing by the tests. The scheelite index of dressing after the reconstruction of process is near to the index in the test. The concentrate of scheelite grade reaches 68.80 % of WO₃ and WO₃ recovery is 81.91 %.
