Study on making technology of copper particles with golden color

  • There are a lot of uses of copper alloy particles with golden color as material of imitating gold decoration, the production of oil varnish and the melting of alloy. To manufacture the golden copper particles of 0.5~5mm in diameter easily and effectively, screening and comparing test for the ingredients of golden copper particle materials have been made; and shaping test of copper alloy particles have been done by two sets of equipment. The results show: it has good imitation golden color, good property of shaping and corrosion resistance by choosing the filling copper alloy prescription of 8% Zn, 2%Al, 1%Ni, suitable Re and Cu. The two kinds of trial productive granulating with centrifuging and high pressure water are simple and practical. So the size of copper particle from 0.5 to 10mm in diameter according to different needs.
