Determination of the Quantity of Kalium and Natrium in Tantalum Oxide and Niobium Oxide by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

  • This paper introduces the determination of the quantity of kalium and natrium in tantalum oxide and niobium oxide by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Experiment equipments, sample production, result calculation and analysis are elaborated. The determination method enjoys good stability and high precision, with relative standard deviation ranges 1.45 %~6.5 % and recovery standard addition ranges 98.8 %~106.3 %, 98.8 %~106.3 %.
