Improving the Production Stability of Producing Pr_metal in Molten-salt Electrolysis

To reduce the content of carbon in Pr_metal and resolve the slag of electrolytic furnace, some ways of controlling strictly electrolyzing temperature, adjusting molten-salt ratio, density of cathode current and feeding speed are adopted. Mass production indicates that this process is easy to carrying out, and the products are up to standard mostly, the life of electrolytic furnace is prolonged, the output is raised and the power consumption is reduced.
