On Iron Ore Recovery out of Mineral Processing Tailing and Smelting Tailing by Magnetic-gravity Process

  • Iron ore out of mineral processing tailing, red mud, smelting tailing, roasting middling ore can be effectively recovered by Slon magnetic separators and centrifuge. The experimental results revealed that the technology could make iron concentration by removing much of Gangue mineral with magnetic field strength in 0.7 T to 0.9 T coarse separation of the Slon magnetic separators. Fe reate could reach 60% or more by centrifuge in rotational speed at 400 r/min and the speed of washing water attains 2400 to 2600 mL/min.
