Production Process of Cu/Al Cladding Strip Used for Cable

This paper studies the production process of copper/aluminum cladding strip used for cable on different cold rolling and annealing process. The results showed that cold rolling rate should larger than 67 %. And the proper annealing process for Cu/Al cladding strip was carried out at 31℃ for 1.5 hours. The mechanism of interface combination was composed by physical combination in cold rolling and metallurgical combination in annealing.
