The technological practice of separating tin and antimony in crude tin with high antimony via vacuum distillation

  • This paper introduces the formation of crude tin with high antimony, tin-antimony separation process and production conditions. The recovery rate of antimony as impurities is greatly improved in tin smelting process via continuous vacuum distillation. As a result, the production amount of aluminum residues in the tin refining process was reduced. With the method mentioned above, the yield of tin refining was increased and production cost was reduced.
