The optimization of process flow sheets of Xingluokeng Tungsten Ore in Fujian

  • In order to improve the processing results of Xingluokeng tungsten ore in Fujiang, the current process flow sheet of table flotation was replaced by the combination circuit of gravity separation and flotation. The table concentrator was used to enrich the tungsten ore, the gravity concentrate was ground and floated use (amyl xanthate + ammonium butyl) as collectors to remove the arsenic and sulphur. A tungsten concentrate with tungsten grade of 55.89%, recovery of 92.60% was obtained in the closed circuit test. The arsenic and sulphur grade is 3.39% and 0.36% respectively. Compared to the past process flow sheet, the new process flow sheet is simple and easy to control. Moreover, it not only obtained the tungsten concentrate of high quality, but also improved the plant's production environment, and realized the clean and efficient separation of the tungsten ore.
