Abstract
Lithium is an important support for achieving the strategic goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization". Yichun, Jiangxi Province, is rich in lepidolite resources and has become a crucial lithium battery raw material supply base in China. With the expansion of mining and dressing scales, the development and utilization of low-grade refractory lithium porcelain stone resources urgently need to be solved. In this paper, the low-grade lithium porcelain ore in the Zhenkouli mining area, Yifeng, was taken as the research object, and process mineralogy research and beneficiation test research were carried out. The results show that the mica mineral in the ore has high potassium content (9.78%) and low Li2O (1.72%) theoretical grade, showing the properties of muscovite/sericite, which exists in a certain weathering and alteration phenomenon. It is not conducive to the flotation separation of lepidolite. Fourth, the collector JYM has good selectivity and collection capacity, which is a combination of anionic and cationic collectors. Under this collector system, a separation index of 1.75% Li2O grade and recovery of 80.70% can be obtained by using the desliming flotation process, and a great flotation separation was achieved between lepidolite and gangue.
