Progress in beneficiation technology of lead-zinc sulfide ore in China during the 13th Five-Year Plan period

  • During the "13th Five-year Plan" period, in order to achieve high-efficiency separation of lead-zinc sulfide ores, energy saving and consumption reduction in the beneficiation process, and recycling of wastewater and waste residue, China′s beneficiation workers have carried out a lot of research work and made great progress. This paper systematically summarizes and discusses the high-efficiency separation technology, clean beneficiation technology and energy saving and consumption reduction technology of lead-zinc sulfide ore through the progress of New Beneficiation Technology of lead-zinc sulfide ore in China during the 13th Five Year Plan period. The application of relevant new technologies has solved the problems of low recovery rate of main metals and comprehensive utilization rate of associated resources in lead-zinc mineral resources in China, high beneficiation cost and equipment energy consumption, difficult treatment and reuse of beneficiation wastewater, comprehensively improved the development and utilization level of lead-zinc sulfide resources in China, and has good application and promotion value.
