Research progress of hyperspectral remote sensing monitoring in mine environmental contamination

  • The exploitation of mineral resources has led to dramatic changes in the mining environment, which directly affects the ecological sustainability. In recent years, hyperspectral remote sensing has been widely used for environmental monitoring in mining areas as a result of its fine resolution and integrated map, which has solved the problem that traditional remote sensing can only identify objects of features on the surface. Many scholars have achieved some results in environmental hyperspectral remote sensing monitoring of mining areas so that a large amount of literature has been sorted out to expound the current situation of hyperspectrometric remote sensing research in mining areas at home and abroad. The advantages and disadvantages of the research data were summarized, and then the application of hyperspectral remote sensing technology in the version of physical and chemical parameters of vegetation, heavy metal content in the soil, water pollution identification and monitoring was induced. Finally, the prospect of hyperspectral development in mining areas was prospected. It was considered that the rational research of hyperspectral mechanisms in those areas still needs to be improved, and the establishment of multi-scale collaborative monitoring and intelligent perception system between ground measured data, unmanned aerial vehicle data and satellite data was the direction of future efforts.
