Abstract
To analyze the reaction mechanism in the pyrolysis process of waste computer printed circuit boards, this paper studied the heating characteristics and pyrolysis kinetics of waste computer printed circuit boards (DN) under conventional pyrolysis conditions. It was found that the main mass loss of DN powder occurred in the decomposition stage of organic matter at 553~773 K, and it could be divided into two processes, main pyrolysis and residue decomposition. Their corresponding average activation energies were respectively 137.12 kJ/mol and 31.31 kJ/mol. When the Coats-Redfern method was used, it was found that the main pyrolysis section of the computer circuit board conformed to the Mample single-line rule first-order function at the heating rate of 10 K/min, and the residue pyrolysis section conformed to the Avrami-Erofeev equation of a reaction order of 1.5. When the heating rate was 20, 30 and 40 K/min, the pyrolysis process of the computer circuit board was in accordance with the second-level reaction of Mample's single-line rule.
