Abstract
Perovskite-typesolid electrolyte Li3/8Sr7/16Ta3/4Hf1/4O3 were synthesized by Hot-pressing sintering.The effect of sintering methods on the performance of Li3/8Sr7/16Ta3/4Hf1/4O3 were studied in this paper.The crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the materials were characterized and measured by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and AC impedance spectroscopy, respectively.The results show that the material is a cubic KTaO3 phase, which indicates that the perovskite-structured solid electrolyte has been successfully synthesized by hot-press sintering.Compared with conventional sintering, the electrolyte prepared by hot-press sintering have fewer pores, and the crystal grains are more closely combined with each other.Density up to 94%, room temperature ionic conductivity was 4.33×10-4S/cm(T=298 K).
