Abstract
In terms of regional controlled circulation ventilation, the layout of circulation ventilators directly affects the scale of circulating area, the setup of connected lanes, reasonable match of circulating parameters and the circulation effect. Based on the relative position between circulation ventilators and main ventilators, the layout of circulation ventilators can be divided into two categories: connection circulation and series circulation. The former indicates that circulation ventilators are laid in connected lanes, and the latter means that circulation ventilators are laid in air inlet duct or air return duct in circulating region. Connection circulation can be fallen into one single subordinate circulation ventilator and double subordinate circulation ventilators, on the basis of the amount of circulation ventilators. In this way, series circulation can also be fallen into circulation of one single subordinate circulation ventilator, or one subordinate circulation ventilator and one control damper, or double subordinate circulation ventilators. By deducing and calculating the circulation rate, circulation air volume, working face air volume, circulating fan air pressure and other parameters of these five circulation modes, we analyzed how the various circulation modes would pose an effect on the operation of main ventilators of the mine due to different layouts of regional circulation ventilators. It was found that these five circulation modes could all increase effective air volume rate of the circulatory system. The key to application was to calculate and select relevant technical indicators that meet the requirements of the circulatory system.
