Preparation technology status and research progress of rare earth acetate crystal

  • To elaborate the research status and preparation methods of rare earth acetate, this paper mainly introduces the preparation process of rare earth acetate by using two-step method, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of crystallization mother liquor processing method. In view of the existing problems in the preparation of rare earth acetate, such as complex technique, unstable content of impurities, poor product homogeneity, large energy consumption, high cost and complex processing techniques of crystallization mother liquor, this paper puts forward the new technology, that is, to directly prepare rare earth acetate crystal with one step, which can realize the closed-circuit run and zero emissions in the whole process of preparation technology.
