Abstract
In recent years, with the increasing tensions of imbalance between land supply and demand and the continuing deterioration of ecological environment of abandoned mine, strengthening the restoration of abandoned mining area has become a major problem of economic and social development for Jiangxi. AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of comprehensive utilization of abandoned mining area and ecological restoration programs preferred effect comprehensive evaluation were used to provide policy advice to non¬ferrous metals industry restructuring and upgrading. Specific implementation of ecological restoration of governance was elaborated taking Dexing Copper as example, with regard to the characteristics of stope of mining wasteland, dumping area and tailings area, as well as the selection of the appropriate utilization programs according to different degrees of pollution.
