Based on the response surface optimization method of a certain mine filling ratio optimization

  • To get a best ratio of mine filling scheme, on the basis of the experimental BBD response surface design method is used to determine the best conditions for filling ratio. Factors influencing the strength of filling body is obtained by the experiment of sorting, and get the optimal proportion of experiment schemes, namely the contrast 1:4, curing time is 28 d, solubility of 75%, according to the scheme of filling body strength is 5.48 MPa, 5.71 MPa with the theoretical value of error is 4.2%, the response surface method was used to optimize filling ratio of the solution being reliable, able to provide theoretical basis for the application of mine filling ratio and has a guiding significance in practice. Lower than the theoretical value and real value, is probably still exist in the process of test interference factors, suggest a factor in the process of in-depth study can be more thorough, more comprehensive.
