The leaching experiment of semi weathered ion adsorption type rare earth ore

  • Leaching experimental research about semi -weathering rare earth ions in a mine of Longnan was studied. The whole-phase grade of the ore was 0.11 % ,and the ion phase was 0.083 7 %. The influences of the leaching reagent types, reagent concentration, liquid-solid ratio of the leaching and liquid-solid ratio of tail water on leaching were investigated. The optimal leaching conditions are a s follows: when HT-13 concentration is 2 %, liquid-solid ratio of the leaching liquid is 0.4:1, and the liquid-solid ratio of tail water is 0.6:1, the rare earth ions leaching rate is 98.06 % .In the extensive test, rare earth ions concentration of HT -13 leaching liquid concentration is 1.14 g/L, aluminum concentration is 10.8 g/L, iron concentration is 7.8 g/L, and HT-13 can be recycled.
