Self-evaluation Model of the Safety Standardization in Metallurgical Industry and Trade Enterprises

  • A new evaluation model of safety standardization was established by introducing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, combining PDCA operation mode which divided first grade evaluation index into four aspects of planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement. The index weight of every factor was determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) principle. Finally,the practicability of the evaluation mode was verified by the example of actual situation of a company in Ganzhou. The result provides reference for the future enterprise management and the establishment of more scientific evaluation model of safety standardization.
