Treatment process of low-grade tungsten slag

  • Soda roasting-caustic soda leaching method was used to recycle the tungsten from 1.4 % tungsten contained alkali leaching slag. The influence of leaching temperature, reaction time, alkali concentration and liquid-solid ratio on the leaching rate of tungsten were investigated. The results show that the tungsten leaching rate can reach 90.5 % which achieves the purpose of leaching tungsten effectively, with 80 ℃ leaching temperature, 130 g/L alkali concentration, 45 min leaching time and 4 :1 liquid-solid ratio. This method has a good application prospect due to its simple process, mild operation condition and high recovery rate.
