Process mineralogy characteristics of Anshan Hu jiamiao Liaoning lean Hematite

  • In order to provide basis for separation process of Anshan Hu Jiamiao poor hematitel, the process mineralogy on the ores are studied,which adopt X- ray diffraction, microscopy, QuantLab-CD image analyzer Analysis and detection methods. The results show that only 25.88% grade iron ore,iron ore mainly hematite, the illusion of hematite,magnetite form, magnetite and hematite are closely associated,disseminated coarse granularity ,some micro-fine particles of martite are contained by quartz or other gangue. gangue minerals disseminated coarse-grained in the ore, the mainly gangue are quartz, tremolite, actinolite, chlorite and a small amount of clay minerals,has little effect on the dressing,which is easy to choose iron ore.
