Nickel Was Recovered from Nickel-Magnesium Solution by Sulfuration Deposition Method

  • Nickel was recovered from Nickel-magnesium solution. The effects of Consumption of Na2S, the precipitation of pH, the reaction temperature, the reaction timeand the aging time on precipitation rates of Ni, Mg and performance of filtration with single factor experiment. The results show that the precipitation rates of Ni, Mg are 99%, 11%, respectively, The precipitations have good filtration performance and no wear filter phenomenon. Under the optimum conditions including the content of Na2S was 1.3 times the amount of the theory, the precipitation of pH about 4.5, the reaction temperature of 60 ℃, the reaction time of 2 h and the aging time of 1 h.
