Abstract
Fluorite in a certain tungsten-tailing has the characteristics of fine dissemination size, low fluorite content and hard monomer dissociation with high content of gangue minerals, such as , quartz and calcite. Experiment is carried out to study the flotation separation of the fluorite and gangue minerals. Technological process of one roughing and seven concentrations is determined through condition experiment with HY as collectors and acidized water glass + HF as depressants. The result shows that CaF2 with concentrate grade of 95.36% and recovery of 61.39% is recovered from the tungsten-tailing with the fluorite grade of 8.12% through the closed flotation test. Hence, the comprehensive recycling of resource is achieved.
