Construction of safety standardization for ionic rare earth smelting separation enterprises in Ganzhou

  • According to the basic specification requirements of safety production standardization in metallurgical and trade enterprises and their own situation of safety management, the basic elements of safety standardization system and PDCA running mode of smelting separation enterprises of ionic rare earth in Ganzhou are analyzed, and the establishing process of the system is proposed. Based on the modern management concept of melting separation enterprises of ionic rare earth safety standardization, “6S on-site management method” can be merged into standardization system for safety management, achieving the goals of institutionalized management, operation standardization and control systematization, so as to improve the level of safety management of the enterprises essentially.
