According to the basic specification requirements of safety production standardization in metallurgical and trade enterprises and their own situation of safety management, the basic elements of safety standardization system and PDCA running mode of smelting separation enterprises of ionic rare earth in Ganzhou are analyzed, and the establishing process of the system is proposed.
