Abstract
Scheelite dissemination particle size in a skarn -typed scheelite is fine with high calcium mineral content such as fluorite, calcite. It is a high calcium mineral fine refractory scheelite ore. Site productions by a single collector agent and gangue inhibitor lead to low quality scheelite and unfavorable recovery rate. Process experiments are performed by adjusting the ore process conditions to improve the scheelite mineral indicators. Crude scheelite is obtained by closed process of “one rough-three sweep-one concentrate” out of full floating desulfurization ore by using sodium silicate and sodium hexametaphosphate as the combined gangue inhibitors, sodium oleate and 731 as the combined collector. Scheelite concentrate (grade is 65.16 %, recovery rate is 76.49 %) is obtained by the closed process of “one rough-three sweep-five concentrate” out of the condensed and heated crude scheelite. The favorable indicators provide technology basis for improving production benefits.
