Principle and method of low temperature alkaline smelting in non-ferrous metallurgy complicated resources

  • Low temperature alkaline smelting is an effective cleaner product method in non-ferrous metallurgy, especially in the separation and extraction of complex resources and secondary resources. Low temperaturealkaline smelting is divided into direct smelting, oxidizing smelting and reducing smelting according to thedifferent system. The basic fundamental, development status and applications of this process are introducedand summarized. The recovery of valuable metals from waste printed circuit board, aluminum dross, thesmelting process of bismuth concentrate, antimony concentrate, lead concentrate, regenerated lead, andcomplicated metal resources, and the preparation of silicon dioxide and zinc oxide are expounded in detail.The study shows that this method has broad application prospects with great advantages, such as high straightyield, environmental protection, energy saving, etc.
