Influence of precipitation temperature on cerium doped YAG

  • This paper adopts co-precipitation method to prepare Ce-doped YAG precursor. In order toobtain the pure YAG powder, this experiment uses CeO2、Y2O3、Al(NO3)3·9H2O and NH4HCO3 as raw materialsto prepare YAG:Ce3+ precursor in different precipitation temperature and high-temperature calcination. Theeffects of precipitation temperature on properties of YAG:Ce3+ powder are analyzed by means of TG/DTA, XRD and spectrum analysis. The results show that the YAG :Ce3+ powder prepared under the precipitationtemperature of 25 ℃ boasting good luminous intensity.
