Abstract
Taking SnCl4·5H2O, graphene as raw material and adopting the sol-gel method to prepare SnO2doped graphene film on quartz glass substrates, this paper investigates the effects of film thickness on thestructure and optical properties of SnO2 thin films. Test results show that the crystalline quality of SnO2thin films is improved with the incorporation of graphene, and the optical band edge of film sample movestowards long-wave direction, causing "red shift" phenomenon. Moreover, the photoluminescence intensityof the SnO2 thin films gradually decreased with the increase of the content of graphene due to theconcentration quenching effect.
