Abstract
This paper studies the existing fuzzy linkage extraction of new technology concepts and the basic technical-economic characteristics by stating the advantage of the lotion, anti-liquid share new technologies and effective measures to be taken in the process design. Key technologies of rare earth soap technical purpose and rare earth soap saturation control are discussed by analyzing the technical and economic characteristics of organic phase saponification, organic miscibility material technology and the application scope. C272+P507 solvent extraction technology features are stated. Direction of future efforts are listed, including, strengthen rare earth extraction technology optimization, high purification of rare earth separation products, good indicators of physical properties of control technology, improve the equipment and level of automation of the extraction process, energy saving, environmental protection, clean production, etc.
