Choice of key materials in casting single-crystal copper processing equipment by heated mould continuous casting

  • Heated Mould Continuous Casting is a novel near-net-shape process,which combines the directional solidification with the continuous casting.The technique characteristics and key points of Heated Mould Continuous Casting are generalized,based on the key points which is the position and shape of solid-liquid interface in single crystal copper production process,the key materials are expounded mainly on the shells ,moulds,dummy bars,for the further improvement of Heated Mould Continuous Casting of single crystal copper production process to provide reference.
