Comprehensive recycle technology of tin ore associated with molybdenum-bismuth-copper

  • This paper studies the comprehensive recycle technology of a tin ore associated with molybdenum - bismuth - copper based on the close association of molybdenum, bismuth and copper as well as their flotation characteristics. A combined processing technology of mixed flotation, regrinding and off-drugs, copper suppression for bismuth and molybdenum flotation, bismuth-molybdenum separation are applied. Favorable processing indexes are achieved, i.e., molybdenum concentrate grade is 46.07 % with recovery rate 75.04 %; bismuth concentrate grade is 16.27 % with recovery rate 32.62 % ; copper concentrate grade is 24.65 % with recovery rate 63.03 %.
