Research and application progress of high-strength and high-conductivity Cu-Cr-Zr alloys

  • The composition design of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys, preparation methods, deformation and heat treatment process, central issues of research and application progress were discussed, and analysis the effects of Cr、Zr to Cu base. Totally ,it make an conclusion of the effects of many kinds of microelements and rare -earth elements to the properties of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy The study of non-vacuum melting is more practical than other smelting methods. Cold deformation after solid-smelting can notably improve the strengthened result of alloys. This kind of alloy has a big number of researches and a widely application. and the development trend of the Cu -Cr -Zr alloys and some existing problems were presented.
