The development and utilization status of China’s refractory ore

The prominent problem brought by the rapid development of China ’s steel industry is the shortage of iron ore. In order to reduce the dependence on foreign ore, it is significant important to exploit and use domestic refractory iron ore reasonably. This paper reviews the progress in China ’s beneficiation technologies of various refractory iron ore. Meanwhile, it points out the direction and suggestions to use the refractory iron ore efficiently and comprehensively.
