Experimental Study of Trace Rare-earth Recycling out of Phosphorite

  • The composite technology, including two steps of acid decomposition and PHX extraction, was developed in accordance with the characters of phosphorite, namely, low grade rare earth and complicated components. The experiments show that the phosphorus leaching rate has achieved above 99% and the rare earth total leaching rate has surpassed 94%. And the receiving rate of rare earth was not lower than 95% by PHX extraction.
