On the Experimental Processing of Fine Tungsten Slime

  • By applying gravity separation technology, the original recovery rate of a tungsten mine is less than 63%. About 30% of the tungsten resource was wasted in the protogenesis slime and the secondary tungsten slime due to over-grinding. This paper studies comparatively the processing results of the technology of high-gradient magnetic separation, flotation, gravity separation of centrifuge and the combined technology of flotation-gravity separation of centrifuge' to improve the tungsten resource utilization efficiency. The results show the grade of tungsten concentrate can reach to 32.14g/t with recovery rate73.51% by applying the later technology.
