Application status and development on treating wastewater of mineral processing by coagulation

  • The paper briefly describes the source and characteristics of the mineral processing wastewater, the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods.It elaborates the mechanism of coagulation method and emphatically analyzes coagulant, water quality and water conservancy conditions on the impact of the mineral processing wastewater treatment.And it introduces application status of coagulation method in lead-zinc mine, iron mine, gold mine, molybdenum mine, tungsten mine and phosphate rock wastewater treatment.Last we put forward the development direction of coagulation method in the mineral processing wastewater treatment is including enhance study of coagulation mechanism and influence factors, strengthen research and development of high efficient coagulant, at the same time coagulation method combine with the tallings natural sedimentation and thickener technology, establish reasonable process, realizing wastewater zero emissions of dressing plant.
