圆形截面下混凝土中氯离子扩散的数值模拟

摘要: 基于comsol对氯离子腐蚀段诱导期进行了监控, 分析了影响诱导期长短的主要因素:氯离子扩散系数、保护层厚度以及氯离子浓度.选取不同的水灰比、保护层厚度以及实际调查所得的氯离子浓度进行组合, 分析出具体的影响.模拟结果显示在水灰比为0.28~0.38, 保护层厚度为60~80 mm, 按此参数设计可以得到较长的诱导期.同时将建立的对诱导期监控的模型运用到某跨海大桥的桥墩上, 对该桥的桥墩诱导期进行了预测, 并提出建议措施.Abstract: Based on monitoring chloride ion's induction period by comsol, this paper analyzes the major factors affecting the induction period of chloride ions, including chloride ions diffusion coefficient, protective layer thickness and chloride ions concentration. The actual affecting model is established by selecting different water-cement ratios, different thickness of the protective layer and chlorine ions concentration. Simulation results show that favorable induction period can be obtained with the following parameters: water cement ratio of 0.28~0.38, and protective layer thickness of 60~80 mm. The monitor model is applied to predict the induction period of the piers of a sea bridge. Suggestions are put forward based on the monitoring results.
