转炉复吹与石灰石造渣行为控制技术的研究

Technology of converter blowing and using limestone for slagging

  • 摘要: 为了建立适合天津钢铁集团有限公司(以下简称天钢)特点的低成本、高效化、稳定性生产洁净钢新工艺体系,进行了转炉复吹与石灰石造渣行为控制技术的研究.分析了石灰石分解特性以及石灰石代替石灰造渣的可行性并进行试验,发现通过石灰石直接进入转炉造渣炼钢模式取代传统的“煅烧石灰-造渣炼钢”模式,使煅烧石灰的用量在40~50 kg/t基础上,降低煅烧石灰用量高达50 %以上;采用CO2代替N2用于转炉溅渣护炉以及复吹转炉底吹CO2进行搅拌和冶炼技术,预计能够取得良好的效果.

     

    Abstract: In order to establish the new technology system of low cost, high efficiency and stable characteristics for producing clean steel, technology of converter blowing and using limestone for slagging was researched. Decomposition characteristics of limestone and feasibility of using limestone instead of lime for slagging were analyzed. Experiments were conducted. It is found that adding limestone directly into converter to replace the traditional "burnt lime -slagging and steelmaking" can reduce more than 50 % of the amount of burnt lime, based on that the amount of the burnt lime ranges from 40 to 50 kg of per ton of steel. The technology of using CO2 instead of N2 for converter slag splashing and bottom blowing CO2 for stirring and smelting will achieve good results.
